I obtained massive amounts of student loan debt and degrees in communication from Ohio University and San Diego State University (SDSU). I have written for The Billfold, the International Journal of Intercultural Relations, The Mid, Defenestration Magazine, and Street Carnage, among other publications. I also wrote a book called The Imperfect Enjoyment, which was really popular among inmates in Ohio's criminal justice system and very few others. My blog (dewangibson.com) is a collection of my interests and personal life in San Diego by way of Cleveland. Expect to see "Occasionally Hilarious, Always Interesting” posts related to travel (when I find a deal on Google Flights), parenting, short stories, and finance information for people who, like me, do not believe work is life. Thanks for reading.
